I am sending this link to the actual bill as ammended last week. Please
take time to read this proposed ammendment to the existing legislation
completey. If you think this is just a bill for CALIF., remember that once
a State takes the initiative to pass this kind of legislation, other states
will soon follow. It won't be impossible to get information, but it won't
be easy either.
