Castoria is a township, not a town. There may have been a town Castoria,
but I don't recall having ever seen it. If you look on census film
indexes.. it will give Castoria township.

For example, Stockton State Hospital is/was in the city of Stockton.. but in
O'Neal township. These townships don't change, and are still in use for
census, political use today.
