Donald C. Liebes, 83, or Stockton died Friday at home. Mr Liebes was born in Westwood. He lived in Stockton for 17 years. Mr. Liebes retired as a vocational instructor for the California Department of Corrections. Survivors: companion Carol Brower of Stockton; children, Don Liebes and Sharon Hoth, both of Logan, Utah, and Larry Liebes of Tracy; siblings, Irene Murdock of Lockeford, Deanna Welsh of Plymouth, Bonnie Leach of San Andreas and Ray Buscaglia of Waterloo; 15 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.

Services: graveside, 11 a.m. Tuesday, Lodi Memorial Cemetery, 5750 E. Pine St., Lodi. Visitation: 1 to 7 p.m. Monday. DeYoung Memorial Chapel, 601 N. California St.
