Evelyne Anthony
Evelyne Ann Anthony, 88, of Lodi, died April 7 in her home. She was born Dec. 22, 1916, in Berwyn, Ill.

Mrs. Anthony resided in Chicago and then moved to Sacramento in 1950, where she was employed by Elizabeth Arden cosmetic company for 10 years as a sales representative. She moved to Lodi in 1999. She was a member of the Arcade Baptist Church, and enjoyed playing golf and fishing.

She is survived by her husband, William Anthony, of Lodi; son, Ray Starrick, of Lodi; sister, Otilla Johnson, of Phoenix; one granddaughter and one great-granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Lowell Starrick, in 1990.

There will be no services and inurnment will be private.

Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
