Abbott, Patricia

PATRICIA ABBOTT 79, born in Oakland, CA, resided in Pleasanton for the past 28 years, died February 7, 2005 at Eden Medical Center in Castro Valley. Formerly of San Lorenzo for 30 years, Patricia enjoyed gardening, traveling and reading. She attended two years of college where she studied Liberal Arts. Patricia was a homemaker and formerly was employed with the Western Pacific Railroad, she was also affiliated with various charitable organizations. Patricia is survived by her loving family, beloved spouse of 55 years, William "Bill" Abbott of Pleasanton; daughter, Linda Abbott of South Carolina and two adored grandchildren, Eric currently living in CA and Matthew currently living in Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Hazel Connelly, formerly of Oakland and Castro Valley and her brother, Jim Connelly. Private family services will be held including close dear friends. Burial will be private. Arrangements are under the care of Graham-Hitch Mortuary, 41!
