Hi
Can anyone tell me if you have to get your divorce/annulment from the same county/state that you were married. My parents were married in San Joaquin in 1962 and annuled according to my mother. My father remarried in 1967. Could that be correct. If so where or how would I go about finding the divorce/annulment record? I am researching from Ireland and have no access to your libraries etc.

Any help would be great.
