Is there such a thing as a Marriage Index for San Mateo County. I am searching for a marriage record for Wilbur M. Frame, b. 12/13/1886 in Kansas. If he was married in the county, it would have been 1920 or 1921. Could/would some kind soul be willing to look this up for me?
