Here is Marita's death cert information.

Marita Annette Dutcher born California
dob August 12, 1900
dod May 23, 1985
father James Leroy Hickson born Illinois
mother Hannah Lindgren born Minnesota
informant James A Dutcher son 4469 Faraone Ct San Jose 95136
spouse widow
buried Cedar Lawn Memorial Park Fremont California

I looked for James A. Dutcher to see if there was a death cert on him.
There was not. As late as 1993 he and his wife Julianne K. Dutcher had
property in Santa Clara County. I don't know if it's the Faraone Ct
address but it's a place to start...
