Rites Friday For Victim of Drowning

MORGAN HILL - Requiem Mass will be celebrated Friday for 17 year-old Montey
Carl Miguel.

The San Martin youth was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ney Miguel of Box 195
San Martin Ave. A native of Los Banos, he attended Live Oak High School
here.

Young Miguel drowned Monday in an accident at Los Gatos' Lexington Reservior.
He and a friend were on the way home from Santa Cruz when they decided
to stop for a swim in the lake.

Besides his parents, he is survived by a sister, Jo Ann, and two brothers,
Johnny and Richard Miguel, all of Morgan Hill.

Services will be conducted at 9:30 a.m. from St. Catherine's Church. The
Rosary will be recited this evening at 8 o'clock in the Johnson Funeral
Home.

MIGUEL - In Los Gatos, July 7, 1969, Montey Carl Miguel; beloved son of
Mr. and Mrs. Ney Miguel of San Martin; dear brother of Jo Ann, Richard
and Johnny Miguel, all of San Martin. A native of Los Banos, age 17.

Services will be held Friday, July 11 at 9 a.m. from Johnson Funeral Home
in Morgan Hill, thence to St. Catherine's Church for a Requiem Mass commencing
at 9:30 a.m. The Rosary will be recited Thursday evening at 8 o'clock at
the above funeral home.
