Sorry I cannot help you. My SILVIO that I am researching is a surname not a first name.
However, I can tell you the name means woods roughly translated.

It is an interesting name because it is used as a first and last name. In fact, someone is named Silvio SILVIO.
Hope you find what you need, I can appreciate checking out all and any leads, I know I have myself.
