KIM FREDRICKSON

Kim Fredrickson, 18, of 1509 Sharon Place, San Mateo, died Monday at Standford University Hospital, Palo Alto after a long illness.


A native of San Mateo, he lived all his life in this city, attending San Mateo public schools and working for the Tia Matia Restaurant at one time He was a member of the Brisbane Rod and Gun Club.

Surviving are his parents, Mr and Mrs. Charles Fredrickson; two brothers, Steve Fredrickson and Bill Bland, all of San Mateo.

Memorial services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at the Patterson & O'Connell Chapel, San Mateo, with the Rev. Robert B. Fraser of the Unitarian Church of San Mateo officiating. Inurnment will be private at Skylawn Memorial Park. The family prefers contributions to the Oncology Research Fund, care of Dr. Jordan Wilbur, Children's Hospital at Stanford, 520 Willow Road, Palo Alto, CA 94304.
