My son-in-law lived in San Jose, CA on April 1, 1970. He is having trouble getting a birth certificate and needs to know the name of the street he lived on. His mother's name was Madeline DeFalco Manalang. His father was Mateo Manalang. His name Kenneth Manalang. If such books available could someone look up Manalang and if nothing look up DeFalco. Willing to pay for time involved. Thank you Karen
