CASEY, Jay F. - Of Flint, age 83, passed away on Monday, January 7, 2008 at his residence. Funeral service will be held at 11AM Friday, January 11, 2008 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road. Pastor Ernest Davis officiating. Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation 5-8PM Wednesday, 11AM-3 and 5-8PM Thursday at the funeral home. Jay was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on March 4, 1924. On February 28, 1998 he married ClaraBelle Harwood. He served in the U.S.Army. He was a lifetime member of the Fenton VFW. Mr. Casey retired in 1976 with over 30 years of service.Surviving are wife, ClaraBelle; children, Marilyn and husband James Battles of Flint, Patsy and husband David Abbey, Otis Dale and wife Noie Casey, all of Mustang, Oklahoma and Jay C. of Burton; stepdaughter, Wenona and husand, Robert Napolitano of Flint; 19 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; many neices, nephews and long time friend, Dolly Malow of Flint.
