RICH family connections seem to me to be those of my uncle John Rich and his brothers/relatives that came from Cornwall along with my grandmother, Elizabeth Ann Louise Rich. Before the courthouse papers were put into storage I spent many summers in Sierra County and no one could help me with naturalization papers. After the papers were locked in storage I got disocuraged, then finally went back to Sierra Co courthouse but still could not receive naturalization papers. My mom believe's they are all from Cornwall and I can't go searching prior to my heavenly reward without the knowledge of where to delve in Cornwall.
