Deponents: JD RANNELLS age 56 resident of Little Shasta, Siskiyou Co CA & S. OLIVER age 60 resident of Little Shasta, Siskiyou Co, CA
On the 26th day of March 1898 in Little Shasta, County of Siskiyou, State of California, John D RAYNELLS, while assisting in breaking horses was thrown from a wagon and sustained a fracture and dislocation of the left forearm at the wrist. That the said John D RANNELLS was not intoxicated at the time and that the accident was not in any way the result of any vicious habits and that the said S. OLIVER declares that he has no interest in said case.

FW HOOPER age 37 years, citizen of Little Shasta, Siskiyou, State of CA.
John D RANNELLS sustained a collies fracture of one of his arms caused by a span of unbroken horses. This occurred sometime during the early spring of 1898. The injury has incapacited him from hard manual labor as his arm is not natural in size or form since this injury. I saw Jno D RANNELLS soon after he sustained this injury.
