Schouten, Jacobus (Jack) Schouten 4/1938 Jan Silks Rowan

I am looking for my 1 st. husband Jacobus (Jack) Schouten 4/1938. We married in 10/2/60.
We had a son together in 1961 which he has never seen.It has been 45 years and I want them to know each other before I die.
The only Jacobus Schouten I found living in 2005 was two names in Fort Jones Ca. They have a pvt. number.

I would like for a neighbor to contact this family for me and see if they are related to my Jacobus.

Can someone help me?
