I couldn't find Lake or Cleveland but in the 1894 Voter Directory
people who lived at Lake had these Post Offices.

Brownell
Otey's Ranch
Mt. Hebron
Picard
Corbett
Gale, Oregon

and there was no residence of Cleveland in the 1894 Voter Directory
