I am searching for a Legrand Hedrick and his wife, Elisa (Rains)
Hedrick. Land Office records show a Leegrant H. Hedrick in Sonoma County
in 1879. Hopefully, this is the same person. At the same time, 1881,
there was also a Joseph Hedrick in Sonoma County. We know that Elisa
Rains Hedrick was living in California in 1896. Whether he was still
alive at that point is unknown. Does anyone have access to 1880
Sonoma County Census or any other records such as cemetery records that
could help us in our search? Legrand was born in Indiana and Elisa was
born in Tennessee (1829) and they were married in Missouri in 1848. That
is absolutely all I know about them. Can anyone help?
