The cemetery I'm referring to is definitely between Plantation and Cazadero. More precisely it's just north of Windermere Point (abt 123º 16' W and 38º 31' N). Do you have any idea who the Cooper's are and how I would go about getting permission to visit the cemetery, being the property is obviously private.
