Subject: location of naturalization records for Sonoma county

I am seeking the location for naturalization records held within Sonoma county.

First would be Jens Fredricks, I know from an index he was naturalized 15 May 1899.

Second would be Samuel Winters, I received a part of an index that indicates he attempted naturalization twice, the second I believe to be in 1920, but I am not sure as I did not receive a full copy of the index.

Third would be Frode Svendsen who was naturalized in 1953. I have received copies of this naturalization from the USCIS (INS) but would like to see if I can obtain a better quality copy from a Sonoma source.

Which office would I write to to obtain these records and are they all at the same place?
