The Felix or Feliz family was indeed related to the Pina family by marriage. Unfortunately, I can't remember exactly how, but I'll dig it out of my notes one of these days.
Maria Antonia Pina's mother's name is not known. Some of the heresay evidence in Sonoma County Probate file #71 suggests that she was an Indian but there is no proof.
No idea why Maria Antonia Pina was married in Napa County.
