There are two researchers that I have found that are interested in this
couple: Barbara McPherson Krol and Laurie Arnberger, one has a guess
that the Chisholm was named Daniel. I thought William was more likely
since the son was named William. If you would like contact information

I have found some information regarding the children of Ella Marsh
Chisholm, at least I think I have:

Page 189 William Chisholm married Gussie Cyphers in Eureka, Oct 1, 1916
Page 211 William Patrick Langley married Alexia D. Chisholm of Fort
Bragg at Willitts, May 21, 1913, Judge Whitney officiating

William Stevenson Chisholm born July 17, 1895, mother Marsh, father
Chisholm, male, CA; died San Francisco co. 1948 11/14 ssn 546-07-9998
age 53
Alexie D. Langley born 1887 12/29 mother Marsh female CA; died San
Mateo county, 1965 4/24 ssn 548-05-3703 age 77
[their ssn applications should provide a father's name, maybe obituaries
would contain that information, but that depends whether the informants
knew that information.]

World War I draft registration card:
William Stevenson Chisholm 24, of Dyerville CA, born July 17, 1892 Fort
Bragg, CA; woodsman working for Ernest McKee, Myers Ranch.
Single, tall, medium build, gray eyes, brown hair, physical
disqualification "slight rupture foarfeet" [that's what it looks like, I
can send a jpeg of the image for you to examine personally]

I also found Rachel Marsh with grandchildren, and apparently great
grandchildren in Fort Bragg in the 1910 census; as well as William
Langley with just William Jr in Rohnerville twp, Humboldt county in
1930.

Hi
I am looking for ANY info. on the life and marriage of Ella J.Marsh and
(?) Chisholm b. Nova Scotia Can. . I have Ella w/her parents in the 1880
Redwood, Sonoma Co Census. Then I have Ella Chisholm in Census 1900 in
Lorain Oh. widowed w/ 3 children, w/her parents. They all moved back to
Calif.By census records I narrowed it down to Ella's marriage being abt
1886. Ella and her parents Henry and Rachel Marsh all died in Fort
Bragg, Mendocino Co. Calif. Ella died 11-21-1905.
Ella and (unknown) Chisholm had 3 children; Alexandria, Abbie and
William Chisholm all born in California.
Any Help would be great! Thank you!
