Sorry, neither surname show in either the 1900 or 1910 index compiled by the
Gen. Soc. of Stan. County

have you tried searching the CA death index and birth index for the surname?

AULICH GEORGE 12/07/1876 AULICH M born ILLINOIS died SAN MATEO
08/16/1952 287-05-5908 75 yrs Add
AULICH GEORGE A 04/17/1907 APPENZELLER M born IOWA died VENTURA
10/08/1992 478-01-8307 85 yrs Add

If you haven't already done so, please visit this site
<http://userdb.rootsweb.com/ca/death/search.cgi>; or in the case of
births<http://userdb.rootsweb.com/ca/birth/search.cgi>;
and use the "add" link at the far right to leave any other information you
might have and maybe someone will contact you. (The password is something
you create so no one can edit your entry). Also, use the link to the SSDI
and see if he's in the index and leave a message there also the same way
using the postem link.

If you need clarification on any point, please include the previous message
in your response.
