Funeral services are pending at the Allen Mortuary for George L. Daniels,
82, who died yesterday in a local rest home following an extended illness.

A native of Colorado, Mr. Daniels had lived in Turlock since 1952.

Survivors include a daughter, Virginia Lair of Los Angeles; a brother,
Walter Daniels of Colorado; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren

Graveside services for George W. Daniels, 82, will be conducted Monday at 11
a.m. in Turlock Memorial Park, with the Rev. Virgil Hanson officiating.

Friends may call at the Allen Mortuary through Sunday evening.
