Long-time member of the Turlock Board of Realtors Erling J. Salstrand died unexpectedly at his home yesterday. He was 66.

A native of Iowa, he had lived in Turlock since 1947 and was a member of the Beulah Covenant Church.

Mr. Salstrand was a member of the Turlock Board of Realtors for over 20 years. He served as its treasurer in 1957 and president in 1964. Since that time he had been active in various committees and was chairman of the Land Use and Environmental Committee at the time of his death.

He leaves his wife, Wilma, of Turlock; a son, Robert of Coarsegold; five sisters, Clara Lundgren of Ione, Ruby Drake of Riverside, Ruth Raby of Washington, Esther Atkinson of Kansas and Pearl Freeman of Iowa; two brothers, Albert of Colorado and Oscar of Texas, and four grandchildren.

Funeral services have been set for Monday at 1:30 p.m. from the Beulah Covenant Church with the Rev. Francis E. Foss officiating. Interment will be in Turlock Memorial Park.

The family requests that friends who wish may contribute in his memory to the memorial fund of Beulah Covenant Church.

Friends may call at the Allen Mortuary untl noon Monday.
