Lois Mattie was my grandmother, for whom I am named. Father Ray Coonce. I would like to trace the Coonce family back from Richard Coonce & Rachel Samarion Chambers. It seems that the Jacob Coonce (Kounts) may have been Richard's grandfather but I don't see the connection. Any help appreciated.
