Dorothy Ortha Childs Cantley, 76, of Modesto died July 12 at Doctors Medical Center.
Mrs. Cantley was a native of Trinidad. She lived in Modesto 30 years and previously lived in Eureka 30 years. She was an ice cream truck driver.
She is survived by her children, Dorothy Hickey and Ronald Leeschade, both of Modesto, and Sharon R. Dake of Turlock; brothers, William Exline of Los Angeles and Kenneth Childs of Orick; sister, Joyetta Holmes of Modesto; and seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be at 1 p.m. today at Miracle Revival Center. Cunningham's Affordable Burial and Cremation Center in charge of arrangements.
