I'm sorry, but I could not locate an obituary for Carol Dignes. I did find the following article:

Modesto Bee and News Herald, November 10, 1964

"Carol Dignes, 54, of Turlock suffered minor injuries in a 2:30 PM yesterday intersection crash at Greenway Avenue and Curtion Street. The driver of the second car was Ray Carl Kelley, 54, of 1618 Maplewood Avenue, Modesto. The accident still is under investigation."
