DENTON MCWATERS

Funeral services were held Saturday at the Church of Christ for Denton K. McWaters who passed away last Wednesday, October 27, at his home in Newman.
Interment was in Hills Ferry Cemetery.
A native of Oklahoma, he was 50 years old.
He leaves his widow, Lilly; three daughters, Mrs. Daniel Halcon of Salinas, Mrs. Robert Horta of Santa Clara, and Mrs. Cecelia Torrez of Newman; one son, Denton of Newman; two sisters, Mrs. Osia Rodriguez of Newman and Mrs. Oma Bergeron of Washington; two brothers, Bennie of Arieta and Roy of Newman; and six grandchildren.
He was a member of the VFW Post in Gustine and the Turlock Sportsman Association.
