Martha L. Smith, 86, of Modesto, died Saturday.

SERVICES: Graveside 2 p.m. Tuesday at Lakewood Memorial Park. Visitation 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Lakewood Funeral Home Chapel.

BACKGROUND: Native of Arkansas. Lived in Modesto and Riverbank areas 28 years. Homemaker.

SURVIVORS: Child, Bill J. Smith of Modesto. Two sisters. Six grandchildren and 11 great - grandchildren.
