Octave Joseph Peppe & Beatrice Marion Frank were married and from New Orleans. They had 13 children. When Beatrice died he married a woman named Josephine Mecker? Mecher? and she had sons named Michael and Joseph Tommy and a female sibbling. Family members in New Orleans said they moved to Michigan.

I have been tracing my husband's family for the last 34 years.
