Thanks for your kind comments. I do have a Lineberger line, but
it is very early - Susannah Lineberger, dau of "Sophas" John
Lineberger, married Aram Sherrill

There is a book on the Lineberger family of Lincoln County,
entitled "A Lineberger Genealogy" by Irene L. Armstrong, 1978. I do
not own this book or know how it would be available. I only have a
few xeroxed pages sent by a cousin on a mutual line. Perhaps someone
on this list has information, or it could be available from the LDS
at your local Family History Center.

A number of years ago I launched an assault on Lineberger records
in the West/Catawba region, in order to appropriately place "Sophas"
John Lineberger on the Lineberger tree. Memory has dimmed and I will
have to re-study the question to re-fresh on the subject.
