Subject: Re: Friendly reminder-surnames in all CAPS get read more often

I would also like to add that using the title "Unidentified Subject!" in
the subject line doesn't give us a lot of information. Because of the many
(400+) messages I get every day, I delete the ones with this subject line.

We would all like to think that EVERY WORD of our messages are read by EVERYONE, but unfortunately that's not the case. Many people receive hundreds of messages a day and they scan the message for surnames. A surname in all Caps means that your surname has more chance of catching someone's attention. Also short messages that fit in the viewing window are more apt to be looked at than long messages. Just a friendly reminder to all. Linda
