For those interested in this subject, I just became aware of a
book on the topic:
"The Moravians of North Carolina," by Rev. Levin T. Reichel,
originally published in 1857, and reprinted this year by Clearfield,
a subsidiary of Genealogical Publishing Company.

I don't own a copy, but those interested can check it out on the
Clearfield or GPC web site. It's one of their new releases, just
now being advertised.
