I was in Salt Lake this past week and located the marriage certificate of my grandmother, Sara Josephine Wootten to Walter Monroe Creed on 6 Aug 1879 in Red Bluff, Tehama, CA.

It stated that since she was only 17, her parents had filled out a consent form which was on file in that office. Since I am still trying to find out for sure who her parents were, I was hoping there is a way to locate that consent. Can anyone help me with advice?
