in the 1880 census for canon city, trinity H.J. name is Harp. In 1900 he is living with the Price family in Rhonerville as a father in law, and with his daughter Bertha Price who is Price's wife. His name is Harberd as spelled on the census. He is Buried in Hydesville with an unmarked grave as Herbert James. On the family search (Mormon) website it shows a Herbert James with the same birth date / age the family being from Virginia and he being born last in family Arkansas. Do you think Harvey James is Him? steven
Could you tell me more about Mahala Kell is she Native American or part? I see that it is a Native American name or could be hebrew.
