Surname: BLACKBURN, OSBURN, RYAN

The BLACKBURNS moved from Payne County, Oklahoma to Tulare County around
1943.My great grandfather John William BLACKBURN and his second wife Lucille
raised my mother Betty Jo RYAN (I'm not sure if she went by Ryan or Blackburn).
My mother went to school in Tulare Co., married Waymon Lynn OSBURN, my
two brothers were born there Lynn and Glynn. I was born in Dinuba. I would
like any information on my mothers mother Elizabeth or info on two sisters
Peggy and Jackie. I did the reverse migration and now live in Oklahoma,
since there were alot of Oklahomans that moved to the Tulare area, if anyone
needs look ups from here just e-mail me. The second request would be in
the News Paper archives -- While my mother was pregnant with my brother
Glynn (1953) she and Waymon's mother and my brother Lynn were in a terrible
car accident with another vehicle. My mother had broken arms and other
injuries, Lynn had a broken leg and Mrs. OSBURN was killed as were all
the passengers of the other vehicle. I know it happened either in Tulare
Co., or surrounding area. The time frame would be from Jan to June 1953.
Any help would be appreciated.
