Karen This is a long shot. I am looking for my gggggrandmother. Her name was Malinda Sidwell. She married Peter S. Wood in Fulton Co. IL. on 10-27-1824. I don't have much more than that. They had two children, Stephen Wood, and Evaline Wood. Stephen married Caroline Udell. I just can't seem to find the Sidwell line. Malinda may have died prior to 1840 as Peter married Hannah Ann Brooks on 10-5-1840 in Van buren co. Iowa. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thank you.
