I don't think you have the correct Charels Weeks....mother's maiden name is Yost according to the birth index......see further below

Charles William "Chuck" Weeks, 55, of Tuolumne died Sunday at his home.

Mr. Weeks was a native of Richmond and lived in Tuolumne four years. He was a carpenter for 10 years, worked for Waste Management, and was a truck driver with Safeway. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of Alcoholics Anonymous, and enjoyed singing, playing guitar, attending church and working out at the gym.

He is survived by his children, Jason William Weeks of Manteca and Andrew Robert Weeks of San Mateo; mother, Bonnie Blalcok of Manteca; and sister, Valerie Hale of Manteca.

A memorial service will be at 2:30p.m. Sept. 16 at Alano Club, 14421 Village Drive, Sonora. Terzich & Wilson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Charles "Chuck" William Weeks, of Tuolumne died Sept. 3 at his home of natural causes. He was 55.

Mr. Weeks was born in Richmond and had lived in Fremont for 18 years before moving to Tuolumne County.

Mr. Weeks was a carpenter and worked for Waste Management and most recently as a truck driver for Safeway Corporation.

He was a member of Alcoholic Anonymous for 23 years and enjoyed helping others. He enjoyed music, singing and playing guitar, going to the gym and regularly attended various churches.

Mr. Weeks was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in Germany.

Mr. Weeks is survived by his mother, Bonnie Blalock of Manteca; sons Jason William Weeks of Manteca and Andrew Robert Weeks of San Mateo; sister Valerie Hale of Manteca and niece Tami Kendrick of Manteca.

A memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Alano Club, 14421 Village Drive, Sonora.

Terzich and Wilson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

I checked the CA marriage index which starts in 1949 and didn't find a marriage between a Yost and Weeks in 1949 or 1950.....
