Thank you for the lead Judy. I did find that Website and you are right. It
is a tremendous service to all Ventura County researcher. I did find a bit
of information and every little bit helps to put the puzzle together.

You will find many Riggs entries at the Ventura County Genealogical
Society's website. Click on the Archives link, and you will find deaths,
indexes to obituaries, court records, etc. They have done a tremendous
service to all Ventura County researchers.
