Kerry Dean Crowe

Kerry Dean Crowe was born in San Pablo, California, on October 29, 1964 and passed away June 2, 1999, in Winters, as a result of injuries suffered in an automobile accident. He was 34.

Mr. Crowe was a 1982 graduate of Winters High School and served three years in the United States Coast Guard. He was attending Sacramento State University, majoring in computer science, and working part-time at UC Davis, as a research assistant. Kerry's passion was working with computers and he was always ready to help anyone who asked.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Shirlyn and Jeff Jacobs of Winters; his father and stepmother, Patrick and Louann Crowe of Vallejo; sisters Torie David of Rio Linda, Kristin Justis of Old Orchard Beach, Maine, and Melissa Crowe of Vallejo; brothers, Kelly Crowe of Winters, Ray Jacobs of Crescent City, and Jason Crowe of Vallejo; grandmothers, Marie Daniels of Winters and Dorothy Jacobs of Prather; grandfather, W. R. Crowe of Lucern Valley; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

A memorial service was held in Woodland, at Kraft Brothers Funeral Home, on June 7, 1999 at 2:00 p.m., with a Military Honor Guard and officiated by Reverend Palmer Watson, pastor Emeritus, Macarthur Community Baptist Church, of San Pablo.
