My Grandfather, Estras was Clarence's brother. Can you tell me anything about their family? I have not been able to find anything prior to their parent's marriage in 1891. Their Father was Robert S. Sharp, born 1865 in Arkansas, their Mother was Louisa Nancy Bashaw, I found her family in McAlester, Oklahoma, but my Mom (who is Estras' oldest daughter) said, that Grand Dad never discussed his family except to say that he was 1/16 Cherokee. Did your Grand Dad ever talk about who his Grandparents were and where they came from?
