Steven Troy Morrison
Steven Troy Morrison passed away on April 30, 2003 in Vallejo, following surgery on April 14. Born Aug. 31, 1964 at Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield, Steven was the youngest of eight children born to Donald and Florence Morrison.
At the time, the Morrisons lived in Winters while Donald was stationed at the old communication station that is now D-Q University. When Steven was 2 years old, they moved to Hayward, where he grew up.
Steven worked for Simonton Windows in Vacaville as a truck driver and moved back to Winters in November 2002.
He is survived by his wife Kelly, a son Tyler and a daughter Madeline; sisters and brothers-in-law Linda and Bill Sullivan of Winters, Jayne and Bill Hall of Ocean Shores, Washington, and Colleen and Jesus Arreola of Winters; brothers Jeff Morrison of Winters, Ross Morrison of Hayward, and Jack and Chuck Morrison of Modesto, nieces and nephew Casey, Rosanna and Melissa Morrison, Troy and Maureen Barnett, Todd and Kathy Barnett, Timothy and Esmeralda Barnett, Elissa and Travis Morrison, Ryan and Adam Hall and Vanessa Sale; great nephews Brendan Morrison, Evan and Aaron Barnett, and great nieces Lindsay Morrison and Gracieanne Barnett.
Steven was preceeded (sic) in death by his parents.
Services were held at New Life Family Church on May 3. Memorial donations may be made to the Steven Morrison Memorial Fund at First Northern Bank.
