Dear List Members:

I live in New York State, so needless to say CA is some distance from me.

I just received a copy of the Death Certificate for my 1st Cousin once
removed (my father's side of my family). I would also like to have a copy of his
obituary and was hoping that some kind person would be able to provide me with
it. I am willing to pay a reasonable fee for transportation and copy(s). If
unable to provide, some guidance towards where to acquire it would be
appreciated.

EUGENE STANLEY MOCULAK
DIED: 01/24/1999, at home - 1217 Burrows St., West Sacramento, CA 95605 in
Yolo County.

I believe this is all information that is needed, but if not, please let me
know.
