Ron Fitzer

Ron Fitzer died at his home in Sulphur Springs, Texas on Thursday, Sept. 30 at age 66.

Mr. Fitzer was born May 13, 1938 in Eaton, Ohio to Emmit and Mary Hobbs Fitzer. He was a retired accountant for the Pacific Lumber Company and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
Survivors include Mr. Fitzer's sons, Craig and Christian Fitzer, both of Woodland, Clay Fitzer of Mariposa, Cory Fitzer of Salinas; his grandchildren Cort, Connor, Cydney, Cameron, Caitlyn, Caleb, Charles and Cory Fitzer; his sister Barbara Moss of Sulfur Springs, Texas and his brother Paul Hobbs of Eaton, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his sister, Dorothy Wormington.

Services: Graveside services were held Monday, Oct. 4 at North Hopkins Cemetery, Sulfur Springs, Texas. Pastor Craig Fitzer officiated. Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home of Sulphur Springs, Texas assisted the family with arrangements.
