Your message is a tad bit unclear to me. Was your uncle married in CA as well as dying there or could he have been married in Cedar Rapids, IA? I was married to a Stodola and am doing a lot of research for my two daughters. I am only 18 miles from CR and could look info up. I just looked at some of my papers and I have a marriage record for a Adolph Stodola from CR in 1918. Could this be your Adolph?
