Married at Noon
WOODLAND (Yolo Co.), July 10 - Miss Gertrude NOE, of this city, and John
Herbert MITCHELL, of Oakland, were married at the house of the bride's
uncle, Supervisor T.J. VAUGHN, near this city, to-day at 12 o'clock. Rev.
T.G. PICTON, pastor of the Christian Church, officiated.
The bride is well known in educational circles, having been a teacher in
the Woodland schools and also a member of the County Board of Education. Mr.
MITCHELL is a young businessman of Oakland.
