Dear List Members,
I have posted several newspaper articles concerning the OSBORN Case her
Florence, AL. In the articles, they referred to the investigation
conducted by the Alabama Historical Society in attempting to prove where
graves existed on the disputed site or not. They used ground
penetrating radar. The difference between this and sonar is only
technical. These electronic devices look for the change in density or
the interface of two different objects. These instruments can detect
rocks, stumps, debris, skeletal remains, coffins, and et. al. as
distinguished from the normal soild found in the area.
