Please leave the "one size fits all" Federal Government out of this.
None of my relatives are buried in Kansas ( among other states). If they
want to recycle all the grave sites every 10 years by exhuming and
cremating the dead to make room for new ones it's OK with me. Now if
they want to exhume MY grandmother in TN, that's another story and I
will oppose them. :-). -DD-
