The real problem is that these people mowing the cemeteries just DO NOT CARE.
They probley moved to the area and are not accountable for their actions (as
is the case in the Seattle area). They have no ties to the cemetery and do
not care who is buied where. If this happened in a small town where everyone
knew everyone else it probably wound not happed there. They have to live with
their neighbors. Here, so many people have moved here that no one has ties in
this area. They definately do not care. That's the problem. glen
